This place has poor management. If your skin is not brown don't even go here. The food is horrible either it's over cooked or been sitting out half the day. I talked to one of the cashiers and she said the manager makes them keep the food out long as possible and if it don't sell they reheat it up and try to sell it again. I have never been to a stripes that didn't have good food this is by far the worst stripes to go to and I've been to all West tx South tx and new Mexico stripes and I would say this is there #1 worse store they have.
Visited 3 times in Big Lake, Tx, got same result. Workers in kitchen laughing and cutting up while I stand at the taco counter waiting to be helped. This time, 13 minutes. Asked three different people if I could order. 2 ignored me, the 3rd said just a minute and continued her bull session with the others. Finally hollered "What do I need to do to get a taco" . I again heard just a minute. I gave up. Perfect place to visit if your on a diet. Otherwise, this place SUCKS!
They need to have more food ready. Every time I go in there, there is never food ready. The guys in there are nicer than one of the ladys. They dont respect you or if you have a problem speaking, and that is a lady. HINT, she doesn't work in the kitchen, and she has gray hairs.!!! The store is good, just some of the employees make the store look bad.
